THE RIGHT UNDERWEAR COMPLETES A LINGERIE WARDROBE
"North American women generally consider bras a must but feel
matching panties are an indulgence, while European women buy two pairs of matching
panties for every bra," Liliana observes. Co-ordinating bras and panties not
only complete a woman's wardrobe but enhance her overall appearance and self-esteem.
Taking inventory of underwear drawers is well worth the time it takes. Discard old
worn styles, any that don't fit properly and the ones that don't serve a specific
purpose. They only take up precious drawer space! Liliana's rule of thumb for underwear
is, "At the very least they should complement bras but it's preferable if they
match." White, black, and nude are the basic colours everyone needs while fashion
shades round out the selection. Cotton styles work best for everyday. Silky satin
and/or support styles make the most sense under clingy knits and sport panties are
required for athletic activities.
TAKE GOOD CARE OF DELICATE LINGERIE
"Love your lingerie," Liliana encourages. "Treat it well and it will treat you well." The following tips will keep delicate undergarments looking new, longer.
- Wash bras after every other wearing.
- Wash delicates by hand using specially formulated detergent such as Forever New.
- Turn delicates inside-out and fasten clasps if a washing machine must be used.
- Enclose lingerie in a lingerie bag or pillowcase when using a machine.
- Always fold bras and panties carefully, DON'T CRUSH OR STORE THEM CARELESSLY!
- NEVER PUT LINGERIE IN THE DRYER!
